Terrific large twin in Lower Merion Township, beautifully landscaped. Unlike many similar properties, this one has high ceilings and wood floors throughout (except for tile in the kitchen and bath) so there’s no wall-to-wall carpet to rip out. The windows have already been replaced, so nothing to do there either. Looking for forced air so you don’t have to contend with placing furniture around radiators? Check. It also makes the installation of air conditioning much more economical. Another unusual features? Ceiling fans with lights or recessed cans in every room. The open kitchen (with stainless appliances) is also unusual and contributes to the abundance of natural light in this home. Another special feature is the second floor laundry.
