Jen was a pleasure to work with and she is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking at (Bala Cynwyd, Merion Park, and Wynnewood). She was able to easily pick up on the things that were most important to us and pointed out different features in the various houses that would work or not work so well with our family. She was also really helpful in showing us potential changes we could make in the houses to make them work better for our family. She even brought in a couple of her contractors to give us a better idea of remodeling ideas. In such a tough market for buyers, we really appreciated Jen’s honesty with us regarding what we could realistically afford.
