Jen LeBow’s Baked Brie en croute
Preheat your oven to 350°
Thaw one square sheet of frozen puff pastry.
Place an 8-12 oz wheel of Brie in the center of the square. Slather the top with raspberry jam. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top. Starting with the corners of the pastry sheet, fold it up so the Brie is totally encased in pasty. Bake on a baking sheet for 30 minutes.
Serve with apple slices and crusty French bread slices or crackers.
