Parnsip Fry Recipe
Preheat oven (or air fryer) to 400°
Place in resealable plastic bag and shake/combine:
3 parsnips, cut into ¼” thick fries
1 T EVOO
1 ½ t cardamom
1 t rosemary
½ t paprika
¼ t Kosher salt
Line cookie sheet/baking pan with foil sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Spread parsnip fries out in single layer on cookie sheet.
Cook 15 minutes.
Stir/flip.
Cook 10-15 minutes longer, or until deeply browned.
