Buyers Looking for Strong Guidance

October 3, 2026 by

“We had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer to purchase our home in Paoli. Her deep knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate contracts, house styles, and Main Line neighborhoods was invaluable. She explained contract terms clearly, paid close attention to the details of each home, and helped us understand inspection findings and their implications. Her guidance helped us feel informed and confident throughout the process. Jennifer was responsive, thoughtful, and generous with her time. Her support also extended beyond the purchase: she shared contractor recommendations with candid, practical notes and looked into landscaping options for our garden care needs. That personal attention meant a lot to us. We’re very grateful for Jennifer’s expertise and care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Main Line area!”

City to Country Move

Jen helped us buy our first home and we honestly could not have asked for a better realtor! From the very beginning Jen made us feel like we were more than just clients. She took the time to get to know us, understand what we were looking for and was always available to answer every question we had. As first time homebuyers, there were many times when we felt overwhelmed or unsure especially in this market. Our house search was a lengthy one. Jen was patient with us, extremely honest and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. She is an incredible agent with a wealth of knowledge that truly has your best interest at heart. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Philadelphia area!

“We learned about Jennifer through a referral, identifying her as a relocation specialist for the area. We needed that kind of expertise since we were moving to a new state. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process – answering questions, identifying steps we’d need to take, etc. Her replies were always fast and accurate. Her website was particularly helpful to me as we explored the area. The information about real estate in PA, background on neighborhoods, and general househunting tips were of particular interest to us and we learned a lot from it. She was patient as we re-defined what we were looking for and where, let us know specifics of real estate in PA that were applicable to us, kept on top of communication with the selling agent who was less than responsive, and has kept in touch after the sale with important reminders and to answer questions as they arose. She definitely knows this area well!”

“Jennifer was recommended to us as a relocation specialist and from start to finish (and beyond), she has been helpful, available and responsive, upfront and professional. We were cross-country so we looked at homes with her in person and also virtually and she always found a way to make it work (even in poor signal areas). She pays attention to detail, has a great sense of humor and is just generally a great human being. Even after we moved in, she has taken the time to check in on us multiple times and make us feel welcome. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent! Thank you Jennifer! ”

Growing Family’s Needs Changed

“Jennifer was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the very start, she approached the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one with professionalism and genuine care. She wasn’t just focused on closing deals but really cared about what was best for our family. Her responsiveness was great—no question or concern went unanswered, no matter the time of day. Jennifer’s insight of the Main Line area was a huge asset, as she helped us navigate the market with thoughtful advice, especially when it came to identifying potential risk areas we might not have considered otherwise. This wasn’t our first time working with Jennifer, and it won’t be our last. Her expertise and dedication keep us coming back, and even after the deals were done, she’s continued to be a valuable resource. Whether it’s recommendations for contractors or insights about the community, she’s always ready to help. We can’t recommend Jennifer enough—she’s not just our realtor, but someone we trust implicitly with our real estate needs.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer LeBow as our real estate agent in the sale of our home of 36 years, and I can’t sing her praises enough! From our very first meeting, Jennifer’s expertise was evident. She demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the market, and we were immediately confident and excited to get started. Throughout the entire process, Jennifer was always available for our (constant) questions, and she far exceeded our expectations with the amount of time and level of focus she gave to us. Her insights and advice were invaluable, and she provided regular updates. Not only did Jennifer’s suggestions increase our property’s value, but she negotiated an excellent deal that exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend Jennifer LeBow to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and personable real estate agent.”

From a client who didn’t buy a house

September 21, 2024 by

I worked on and off with this client through the pandemic. He and his family decided to rent instead of buy but were planning a purchase. He sent me this message:

“In an unfortunate coincidence, the week after we last saw you, my wife found out that her role at work was made redundant….Fortunately, they’ve been able to patch together a few temporary new roles for her in the Collegeville site to keep her on payroll but we just got word that the full-time role they’d like to create for her will be in…Boston.

We’re excited about the prospect of relocating there, probably next spring. And it makes us feel a little better about not pulling the trigger earlier on buying a house here in PA. But we are truly sad that if we ever do wind up buying something before we’re eligible for a 55+ community, it most likely won’t be with you. Despite the fact that we’re both sticks in the mud when it comes to big decisions like that, your whole approach and demeanor made us feel excited about the idea of moving forward, at least, and that’s gotta count for something even if it’s not the kind of testimonial you can put on your website.

If we learn that any friends of ours are moving to the Main Line, we will absolutely send them your way without any hesitation. And if you happen to have a twin who is like you in every way but happens to be working in Boston, please do let us know.”
