Jen LeBow’s Apple Cheddar Salad Recipe
For salad, combine:
12 oz greens of your choice (mixed, spinach, romaine, arugula)
2 peeled, cubed Granny Smith apples
7 oz cubed cheddar cheese
½ cup candied pecans
For dressing, combine:
¼ cup reduced balsamic vinegar
3 T maple syrup
3 T EVOO
Salt and pepper to taste
