Jen LeBow’s Quiche
You can either make your own crust or use a store-bought one. Either way, once the crust is ready:
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix:
6 large eggs
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
5 oz shredded cheddar (or muenster or Monterey Jack)
2 oz shredded Gouda
2 oz. shredded Gruyere
½ cup diced broccoli
¼ cup chopped tomato
3 T sauteed onions, diced
¼ t nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
